Returns Policy 

We totally understand that sometimes items don't suit or you may love it but want a different size so you have 14 days from receiving it, to try it, decide on it and if you want, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange, provided the size you want is available. 

To RETURN or EXCHANGE an item please click here on our RETURNS PORTAL and follow the links. Refunds are automatically confirmed, exchanges are confirmed and processed when the item being returned is received back here.

EXPIRED RETURNS

  • If you are returning an item that is over the 14 day return time the Portal will not recognise the return as eligible. If you need to contact our Customer Service you can contact them here CUSTOMER SERVICE

CLICK AND COLLECT RETURNS

  • If your order was a Click and Collect you can return it to our warehouse within 14 days of collection or you can alternatively ship /post it back to us at 11 Metro Business Park, Ballycurreen, Cork 

BUNDLE and BUY X GET Y DISCOUNTS

  • Return Full Order - If you want to return the full order then you can proceed through the returns portal above. 
  • Return part of the Order - Please see the T&C's here for returns of bundles/offers and deals and if you still wish to partially return an item from your bundle please contact the girls in customer service who will help CUSTOMER SERVICE

OUR FULL RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS IN DETAIL

      • Return Time - You have 14 days, from receipt, to return unsuitable item(s) for a refund. Any parcels received after the 14 days can not be scanned back in to our warehouse and will be returned to you. Delivery costs are not included in your refund
      • Trackable Returns - We recommend you use a trackable form of return as goods are your responsibility until we receive them. 
      • Items Being Returned - All items must be returned in their original, saleable condition, with all tags intact. Goods that have been returned in a soiled condition, fake tan or make up marks, an excessive odour, for example, smoke or perfume will not be accepted. All goods will be inspected upon return. 
      • Un-returnable Items -  Personalised Items and, for hygiene reasons, there is no return on underwear, certain jewellery and certain accessories such as our Mnoods or masks. 
      • Bundle / Box Set Offers - If the bundle or box set is returned in full a refund for the amount paid will apply. If the Bundle or Box Set is partially returned then this will effectively cancel the offer price for said items and the items kept will revert to their original price. The refund amount will be calculated to reflect the items kept ( at full price ) and the balance will re refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. Box Bundles and Box Sets at the point of sale forms a contract to purchase said items at said price and any partial return of any items makes the off null and void. 
      •  Free Item Promotions - If the free item is returned, no refund will be issued. If you return one of the other items, you will be refunded the amount for that product, less the value of the free product at the time of purchase. 
      • Personalised Items  - are made to order and are personalised especially for you so can not be returned unless there is a fault, at which time we will be happy to replace the item for you. So please be sure before you order your item that you are happy to proceed. In accordance with European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU)  personalised / customer made items may not be returned
      • Buy Get X Get YWe may occasionally offer promotions where you can purchase Item(s) X you will get Item(s) Y for a reduced rate or free. If you return items in the promotion identified as X then item Y (if retained) will be charged at full price.
      • Discount CodesIf multiple items are ordered the discount will be applied of each item equally and therefore this will be reflected in your return.
      • Refunds - are paid via the original payment method only. Please allow 10-15 working days (Mon-Fri) for your refund to appear in your account. This is in line with normal E Commerce returns policies to deter fraudulent transactions.

REFUNDS - WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES BACK 

  • Parcel is scanned and if within the 14 days it will be accepted at our warehouse
  • Items returned will be checked and passed for restock. 
  • Details will be sent to our returns dept to have your refund processed.
  • You will receive an email from us to confirm receipt and acceptance of your return. 
  • Please allow up to 15 days for this process, your refund processed thorough us and processed by your own bank. 
  • You will receive an email from us confirming it has been processed. 

PARCEL HAS ARRIVED BUT NO REFUND EMAIL

  • - If you have not been notified of your refund and it is over 10-15 working days don't worry, please contact our Customer Service and they will help.

PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED BACK HERE TO US 

Please contact the service you sent your parcel with and ask them to look into this for you. 

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

  • We apologise for sending you the incorrect items. We will of course help in any way and forward your correct items. Please contact the girls in our Customer Service via our Contact Form at the bottom of our website within 7 days of receipt of your item and they will help immediately. 

FAULTS 

  • Please notify us via our contact form at the bottom of our website regarding any faults identifiable upon delivery within 7 working days of receipt of your item. 

Returns Policy is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations and does not affect your statutory rights. Please Note: This returns policy applies to online orders only. All in store purchases are subject to a separate returns policy.
